Recorded classes

While we are in lockdown, we are posting online classes here. We also have a bunch of great activity sheets for children, and theory posters for everyone (available here).

Zoom classes during lockdown

During lockdown and when gathering size limits are fewer than 30, we run our Zoom schedule. Zoom classes have been great! Come along! Class details:

  • Children (12 years and under): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5-6pm
  • Adults (13 years and above): Tuesday, Thursday 6-7pm
  • BooSquad and black belts: Monday 6-7pm
  • Kubz: Saturday 10-11am
  • Parents and children: Saturday 11am-12pm

Try to clear a space in your house or in your backyard, and ensure you can see your computer monitor (or TV screen, if you post it). Wear your dobok, and bring a drink bottle of water, your syllabus handbook, training notebook and pen.

Come along to our Zoom classes! (Children are welcome to try the adult class, too. They may just find it a bit more difficult.) Children, ask a parent to help you.
