A school holiday activity

Hi Parents and Students

It’s often challenging to keep busy over school holidays. Here is an activity that will occupy a few hours, and help you progress your Taekwon-Do journey:

Learn about your pattern history

All 24 ITF Taekwon-Do patterns are named after a famous person or event in Korean history. Students learn a short paragraph about the pattern history as part of their syllabus. But there is so much more to each story.

Why not learn more about your own pattern history. Create a poster, write a summary, draw a cartoon, make a video, or create a diorama about the person or event for which the pattern is named.

Email Master Banicevich a scan or photographs of your work. It would be great to see what you learn!

Yellow belts, what can you learn about this?
