Zoom classes week beginning 21 September 2020

Hi Everyone

This post contains (in order below):

  • 3 classes for children;
  • 1 class for youths and adults;
  • 1 class for the Boosabum Development Squad.

Classes for children

Monday 21 September 2020, with Miss Bavin, warm up, parallel stance punch, stances test, how you feel today, fitness, patterns and burpees, warm down and stretch.

Tuesday 22 September 2020, warm up, white belt syllabus (fundamental movements, saju jirugi, saju makgi), yellow stripe syllabus (fundamental movements, Chon-Ji, 3-step sparring), yellow belt syllabus (3-step sparring, Dan-Gun, basic kicks), warm down and stretch.

Wednesday 23 September 2020, warm up, slow kicks for trajectories and strength, fundamental movements, patterns, warm down and stretch.

Class for youths and adults

Tuesday 22 September 2020, warm up, saju jirugi and saju makgi, patterns Chon-Ji to Joong-Gun, step sparring (own syllabus), warm down and stretch.

Class for the Boosabum Development Squad

Monday 21 September 2020, warm up, patterns with burpees, step sparring, self-defence, warm down and stretch.
