Classes for children

Monday 14 September 2020, warm up, free sparring drills, fundamental movements, saju jirugi and saju makgi, direction of kicks, 3-step sparring, warm down and stretch.

Tuesday 15 September 2020, warm up, walking stance and L-stance, fundamental movements, saju jirugi, saju makgi, patterns, free sparring drills, warm down and stretch.

Wednesday 16 September 2020 with Mr Bayogan, warm up, body weight exercises, kicking exercises and leg strength, step sparring, free sparring drills, warm down and stretch.

Thursday 17 September 2020, warm up, dynamic kicks, basic kicks and kick trajectories, saju jirugi and saju makgi, patterns Chon-Ji to Yul-Gok, warm down and stretch.

Classes for youths and adults

Tuesday 15 September 2020, warm up, body weight exercises, dynamic kicks, slow kicks for trajectory and strength, 3-step sparring, 2-step sparring, 1-step sparring, warm down and stretch.

Thursday 17 September 2020, workout! warm up, dynamic stretches, slow kicks for strength and trajectory, all fundamental kicks from white belt to blue stripe, warm down and stretch.

Class for Kubz

Saturday 19 September 2020, know your contact details, warm up, punches and kicks in the air, dodging Master B’s noodle, and to cushions, good secrets and bad secrets, dealing with bullying, health foods and treats, syllabus book.

Class for parents and children

Saturday 19 September 2020, white belt syllabus! warm up, stances and sine wave, parallel stance punch, walking ready stance, front rising kick and front snap kick, fundamental movements for saju jirugi and saju makgi, saju jirugi, saju makgi, release from a grab to the wrist with the arm up, warm down and stretch.

Class for the Boosabum Development Squad

Monday 14 September 2020, warm up with fundamental movements, short sequences from patterns, patterns, fitness, warm down and stretch.
