23 August 2021, Zoom class for the Boosabum Development Squad

Warm up, push ups, dynamic kicks, fundamental movements for understanding, training secret of Taekwon-Do, rotation of hands during movements, patterns for understanding, warm down and stretch.

24 August 2021, Zoom class for children and beginners

Crossing for fundamental movements, warmup with fundamental movements, patterns (focus on saju jirugi, saju makgi, Dan-Gun), kicking drill, warm down and stretch.

24 August 2021, Zoom class for youths, adults and senior grades

Fitness warmup, fundamental movements for your grade, your own pattern, free sparring drill, warm down and stretch.

25 August 2021, Zoom class for children and juniors

Duck and jump the noodle, free sparring drills, free spar the chair, basic kick trajectories, saju jirugi and saju makgi, own pattern, 3-step sparring, warm down and stretch.

26 August 2021, Zoom class for children and juniors

Warm up with noodle, using hip in fundamental movements, saju jirugi and saju makgi, own pattern, own pattern mirrored, free sparring footwork, free sparring drills, warm down and stretch.

26 August 2021, Zoom class for youths, adults and senior grades

Warm up, push ups, using hip in fundamental movements, own pattern, own pattern mirrored, 7th gup 3-step sparring one way, warm down and stretch.

28 August 2021, Zoom class for Taekwon-Do Kubz

Animal walks warm up, basic kicks, tidy room, stop it I don’t like it, fire safety and fire safety plan, cushion work, healthy foods, warm down.

28 August 2021, Zoom class for parents and children
