Monday 4 October 2021, children and junior grades
Joint rotations, Taekwon-Do quiz, bending ready stance A, twisting kick, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, warm down and stretch.
Monday 4 October 2021, Boosabum Development Squad
Taekwon-Do quiz, joint rotations, warm up with basic kicks, twisting kick, different tools for basic kicks, different types of side kick, warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 5 October 2021, children and junior grades
Meaning of Dan-Gun, footwork drills, dynamic kicks with a chair, basic kicks with a chair (front snap kick, turning kick, side piercing kick), downward kick, pick-shaped kick, reverse turning kick, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 5 October 2021, adults and senior grades
Meaning of Dan-Gun, joint rotations, dynamic kicks with a chair, basic kicks with a chair (coloured belt syllabus white belt to blue stripe, focus on trajectories), kicking over the chair, warm down and stretch.
Wednesday 6 October 2021, children and junior grades
Joint rotations, moving on the ground, ground kicks, standing and falling, saju jirugi to Chon-Ji in a box, saju jirugi, Chon-Ji and Dan-Gun with double movements, shadow sparring a chair, warm down and stretch, how to fold a dobok.
Thursday 7 October 2021, children and junior grades
How to fold the dobok, joint rotations, warm up with Miss Osborne, downward and pick shaped kicks with Mr West, Hwa-Rang for Assistant Instructors (while children made up their own pattern), demonstrate your created pattern, school holiday project, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 7 October 2021, adult and senior grades
How to fold the dobok, school holiday project, joint rotations, push up exercise (the cross), create your own pattern or prearranged sparring, free sparring footwork drills, shadow sparring a chair, warm down and stretch.
