Pumped after the IIC

Hi everyone

We’ve had a very full four days at the IIC. Today is the first day I’ve accessed the Internet.

I have many pages of notes, and we all learned a great amount. We are also returning buzzing with ideas to help you learn Taekwon-Do, and have fun doing it.

It’s very important that we instructors continue to learn to improve our own Taekwon-Do and our ability to teach it to you.
