Our first week of Zoom classes for teens and adults
This post contains three separate classes, each in a single video.
20 April 2020: warm up with sitting stance fundamental movements and burnie burnie, basic kicks, movements for saju jirugi and saju makgi, two-step sparring alone, and warm down and stretch.
22 April 2020: warm up and slow kicks, fundamental movements, then use them in 3-step and 2-step sparring, free sparring drills, warm down and stretch
24 April 2020, warm up, body weight workout, fundamental movements from gup patterns, free sparring drills, basics for the brain and heart, warm down and stretch, self-defence stage 1 avoid (discussion)
