Invoicing half fees for May
Hi Everyone
I hope you are keeping safe and looking after each other during lockdown.
We have worked hard over the past month to offer you, our students, the best service we can during lockdown. We are now running five Zoom sessions per week (links and details are here):
- Monday and Wednesday 5:00-6:30pm for adults and teens, and children green stripe and above;
- Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00pm for children up to yellow belt;
- Saturday 9:00-9:45 for Kubz.
We also have over 30 classes saved on our COVID-19 classes page – so if you can’t make the live Zoom sessions, you can train at a time that suits you.
This service isn’t all that we’d like to offer. We are unable to do padwork, train with partners, or a bunch of other exercises we’d love to do in class to help you improve your Taekwon-Do. For this reason, we’ve reduced fees for May 2020 to 50% of normal fees. Invoices were sent on Friday night.
Please support us by continuing to pay your fees. (We thank deeply anyone who pays full training fees during this time.)
We also recognise that COVID-19 has affected some families more extremely than others, and some families are experiencing financial difficulty. If this is you, please email Master Banicevich, and we will discuss waiving your month’s fees. We do not want anyone to stop training due to financial difficulty – we want to accommodate you so you can continue in our school.
We hope you enjoy the Zoom sessions. Please email any suggestions to improve the sessions to Master Banicevich. Even after 30 years of Taekwon-Do, this is completely new, and any ideas to improve our virtual classes will be appreciated.
Thank you for your continuing support. We look forward to welcoming you all back into the dojang as soon as we are able!
