Free sparring class

Remember that we have a free sparring class on Saturday 5 October 11am-12pm, at Churchill Park School, taught by Mr Villiers.

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their free sparring skills. The class includes numerous free sparring drills and exercises to improve your skills.

This class is held monthly:

  • Saturday 5 October;
  • Saturday 2 November.

Under 18 Tournament

There is an under 18 tournament at Rosehill College in Papakura on Sunday 13 October. Entries close at midnight on Saturday 7 October.
