What you will learn
- Basic sparring footwork drills geared towards yellow belt level students
- Attacking drills for green belt level
- Counter drills for blue belts
- Combinations ideal for red belts and above.
A new sparring syllabus was introduced in 2021 and taught to 90% of our instructors around New Zealand. These courses are YOUR opportunity to learn the syllabus first hand from the creator of the syllabus Mr Mark Trotter himself.
