A class for seniors

Hi Everyone

If a class of basic movements isn’t your thing, here is a more advanced class for you.

Joint rotations to get started.

We’ll start with a bodyweight workout.

Then some of your own fundamental movements to keep the blood flowing.

Now some drills for your brain, using hands and then feet.

Let’s do a few patterns. Run through all of your patterns, and spend some time on these two (if you know them): Won-Hyo and Ge-Baek. A big thank you to our guest instructor, Master James Rimmer.

Now part 2 of our self-defence respond principles. The next four principles are categorised “respond”.

And warm down and stretch.
