In this class, we work on push ups, basic kicks, consecutive and combination kicks, and patterns (particularly Dan Gun).
Start with a warm up.
Push ups are awesome. Let’s do some!
Then we’ll work on basic kicks – specifically on the direction to which each kick is designed.
Let’s step it up and do some consecutive kicks (multiple kicks of different types or to different targets with the same leg), and combination kicks (multiple kicks using both legs).
Now let’s practise patterns. For those yellow belt and above, do some work on Dan Gun (as well as your own pattern, and other patterns you know).
Finally, let’s stretch off.
