2018 is year of the back kick!
There is a very famous quote from Bruce Lee:
“I fear not the man who has practiced 10000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10000 times.”
This year, I challenge you to do 10,000 back piercing kicks (dwitcha jirugi) on each leg. That is under 30 kicks each leg each day.
I attach a spreadsheet to help you keep track of your progress, download it here. By the end of the year, your back kicks will be fearsome!
If anyone who did 1000 turning kicks each leg in September 2017 has not received their awesome certificate, talk to your class instructor!
