Classes for children
Monday 7 September 2020, with Miss Bavin, fitness workout, how you are feeling today, punching and kicking drills, rising kicks, chambering practice, fitness workout, warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 8 September 2020, warm up, self-defence against bullies, fundamental movements with sitting stance and with guarding block, patterns, free sparring drills, warm down and stretch.
Wednesday 9 September 2020, fundamental movements to warm up, 3-step sparring for 9th to 7th gup, saju jirugi, saju makgi, patterns, free sparring footwork, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 10 September 2020, with Mr Bayogan, warm up, chambering kicks, leg strength, step sparring, warm down and stretch.
Classes for youths and adults
Tuesday 8 September 2020, WORKOUT! warm up, bodyweight workout, dynamic stretches, slow kicks for trajectory and strength, relaxed kicking, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 10 September 2020, warm up with fundamental movements, dynamic stretches, using hip to develop power in hand and foot movements, 3-step sparring for 10th-7th gup, warm down and stretch.
Classes for Taekwon-Do Kubz
Saturday 12 September 2020, dinosaur steps, punches and kicks, healthy foods, practise contact details, cushion punches and kicks, stop it I don’t like it, free sparring footwork, spinning kicks, syllabus book.
Classes for parents and children
Saturday 12 September 2020, crossing positions, 3-step sparring for 9th gup, using hip for power, saju jirugi and saju makgi, kicks for white belt, parallel stance punch, warm down and stretch.
Classes for Boosabum Development Squad
Monday 7 September 2020, body weight exercises, rising kicks and slow kicks, explosive power in kicks, explosive power in hand movements, pattern, warm down and stretch.
