Report sheets are due in class the week of 23 November

Hi Parents

For those new to the school, we ask all parents to complete a report sheet every term (for students under 13 years old). We also ask that your child’s teacher completes part of the form. There are only a few boxes for each person to tick, and an optional comment.

It is important that you print the form and bring it to class next week (beginning 23 November), because your class instructor also has a section to complete. For this reason, we do not accept emailed forms.

A completed report sheet is required for students under 13 years old to be eligible to grade at the end of the term.

The behaviour of our students is important to us whether it is inside or outside training. With these report sheets, we try to support your efforts to raise good people.
