Combined class Thursday for sparring seminar

Hi everyone

Remember that there is no separate 9-12yo class at 5pm this Thursday. All classes are combined for a free sparring seminar with Mr Allister Villiers that starts at 6:15pm at Churchill Park School. Glendowie Primary School students are encouraged to attend, too.

Thursday 7 July all classes will be combined for a special free sparring seminar with Mr Allister Villiers. Mr Villiers has trained extensively with our top sparring coaches, and competed well at the last World Championships in Italy. The seminar will focus on footwork and sparring drills (so you won’t get hurt before Nationals).

Date: Thursday 7 July
Time: 6:15pm-8:15pm (young children can be released at 7:15pm)
Bring: mouth guard, sparring gear (for those who own it), drink bottle of water
Cost: no additional cost
Who: recommended for all students 8yo+ (younger students with instructor permission)
Reminder: ensure finger and toenails are neatly trimmed
