Round the Bays Sunday 6 March

Hi everyone

It’s that time of year again – give money to charity and head out for a wee run!

1. Register here, https://app.realbuzzregistrations.com/events/fairfax-nz/round-the-bays-2016/login/
2. Join our team, “International Taekwon-Do”, password “itkd”.
3. Meet on race day at 9am outside the Countdown on Tangihua St (off Quay St) in the city.

Wear dobok and running shoes, hat and sunglasses. Remember sunscreen.

We will run together and slowly, so our young ones can keep up. A great event for the whole family, and families are welcome to join us!

There are buses running from St Heliers to the city for $5 cash between 7am and 8:30am. You may like to group outside ASB at 7:45am and catch a bus together at 8am.

We are working on a barbeque afterwards, hosted by one of our students. Bring some meat, a salad, and a few drinks to share afterwards.
