The second Under 18 Tournament for 2015 is in Palmerston North on 9 August. Mr van Heerden is heading down. Anyone want to head down to compete?

Date: Sunday August 9th 2015. Form up time is 9.00am.

Venue: International Pacific College (IPC), 57 Aokautere Dr, Palmerston North

Cost is a Flat fee of $40, Two from the same family $60, Three+ from the same family $80, Minikids cost $15pp

You need to be under 18 on the 1st day of the Year.

Minikids (any rank) 4-8 years old, Fundamental movements, Non contact sparring, Power punch and Scissor High kick

Pre-arranged sparring Open to any combination of rank/age/gender
