Monday 25 October 2021, children and junior grades
Warm up, sitting stance, front snap kick, side front snap kick, side rising kick, turning kick, backward step turning, Chon-Ji, 3-step sparring alone, quick stretch.
Tuesday 26 October 2021, children and junior grades
Joint rotations, basic kicks to warm up, side kick variations (front leg, fade away, jumping in, flying), patterns, self-defence (yellow belt releases), quick stretch.
Tuesday 26 October 2021, adults and senior grades
Joint rotations, free sparring footwork and drills, free sparring a chair, patterns (detail of Won-Hyo and Joong-Gun), self-defence, warm down and stretch, self-defence theory for respond.
Wednesday 27 October 2021, children and junior grades
Joint rotations, free sparring footwork, free sparring drills, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, releasing techniques (yellow belt syllabus), 3-step sparring, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 28 October 2021, children and junior grades
Warm up with Mrs Banicevich, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, Do-San, free sparring footwork and drills, releasing techniques (yellow belt), free sparring to a chair, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 28 October 2021, adult and senior grades
Joint rotations, free sparring drills to warm up, self-defence theory recover, green belt self-defence, top three patterns, step-sparring practice, warm down and stretch.
Saturday 30 October 2021, Taekwon-Do Kubz
Warm up (with stances and memory exercise), emotions (with pictures, how people are feeling and how to react), side kick variations (side kick, fade away side kick, flying in side kick, flying side kick, multiple side kick), cushion work, health eating, Kubz manual.
Saturday 30 October 2021, parents and children
Self-defence theory, joint rotations, knee tag, fundamental movements (10th gup white belt to 8th gup yellow belt), 3-step sparring (9th gup yellow stripe/8th gup yellow belt), saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, warm down and stretch.
