Joint rotations, dynamic leg stretches with chair, basic kicks to warm up, 3-step sparring (8th gup, 7th gup one way and two way), 2-step sparring (6th gup and 5th gup), 1-step sparring (4th gup, 3rd gup, 2nd gup, 1st gup), warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 28 September 2021, children and junior grades
Free sparring footwork to warm up, 3-step sparring 7th gup syllabus (one way and two way), vertical kicks, saju jirugi and saju makgi, warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 28 September 2021, youths, adults and senior grades
Joint rotations, light kicks to warm up, chair for dynamic stretches and slow kicks for strength, 3-step sparring 7th gup syllabus (one way and two way), warm down and stretch.
Wednesday 29 September 2021, children and junior grades
Warm up with footwork and noodle, fundamental movements for Dan-Gun, learn Dan-Gun, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 30 September 2021, children and junior grades
Joint rotations, free sparring footwork and drills with noodle, turning kick and reverse turning kick, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, Do-San, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 30 September 2021, adults and senior grades
Joint rotations, bodyweight circuit workout, dynamic stretches with chair, fundamental movements from Joong-Gun, Chon-Ji and patterns, warm down and stretch.
Saturday 2 October 2021, Taekwon-Do Kubz
Little bounces, using two hands (punches and rising blocks), fire safety and create an escape plan, vertical kicks (swish and swoosh), healthy food, balance for kicks, high kicks, activity sheets for home.
Saturday 2 October 2021, parent and child class
Joint rotations, fundamental movements to warm up, dynamic leg stretches with a chair, four direction punch and four direction block, fundamental movements for Dan-Gun (crossing, stances, continuous motion), warm down and stretch.
