Monday 13 September 2021, children and junior grades
Brief outline of tenets and oath, warm up, fundamental movements for white belt, pregrading, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, 3-step sparring alone, free sparring drills, own pattern, warm down and stretch.
Monday 13 September 2021, Boosabum Development Squad
Joint rotations, warm up with fundamental movements, patterns – Chon-Ji to Choong-Moo, warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 14 September 2021, children and junior grades
Joint rotations, star jump variation, parallel and sitting stance, four direction kick, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, own pattern, 3-step sparring, warm down and stretch.
Tuesday 14 September 2021, adult and senior grades
Joint rotations, star jump variation, parallel and sitting stance, dynamic kicks stretching, four direction kick, patterns (pregrading, own pattern), step sparring, warm down and stretch.
Wednesday 15 September 2021, children and junior grades
Warm up with sparring footwork, basic kicks white belt to green stripe, saju jirugi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, 3-step sparring alone, free sparring with a chair, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 16 September 2021, children and junior grades
Beginners’ class – overview tenets and oath, hand and foot positions, basic stances, attention and bow, parallel stance punch, sine wave and outcurve line, Dan-Gun, saju jirugi and saju makgi, Chon-Ji or own pattern, front snap kick and front rising kick, warm down and stretch.
Thursday 16 September 2021, youths, adults and senior grades
Joint rotations, dynamic leg stretches, footwork drill with noodle, fundamental kicks over a chair (lift the knee), 2-step sparring (green belt, blue stripe, create), warm down and stretch.
Saturday 18 September 2021, Taekwon-Do Kubz
Fire safety plan reminder, warm up, footwork with noodle, blocking drills, “stop it I don’t like it”, cushion work punches and kicks, healthy eating, preparation for grading.
Saturday 18 September 2021, parents and children
Hand and foot parts, punch trajectory, low block trajectory, parallel stance punch, fundamental movements for four direction punch, fundamental kicks (front snap, turning, side piercing), saju jirgi, saju makgi, Chon-Ji, 3-step sparring, free sparring drills, warm down and stretch.
