Hi everyone

Here’s something awesome you can do these holidays: do some Taekwon-Do training at home and send your photographs in: mbanicevich@itkd.co.nz. We’ll publish the best photos on this post.

Remember to train safely. Be nice to each other, and don’t kick the furniture or walls! We don’t want any damage to people or houses.
