Hi everyone

There are great things to see on our national and international websites. I recommend you take a look.

Kids, there is a fantastic children’s section on the ITF website here. It has all sorts of games and activities.

The New Zealand website is full of great material, and is the place to go to see what activities are approaching. Visit it frequently here.

Adults, read the ITF Taekwon-Do magazine, Generations. You can read it online here.

There is a great deal of other important material on the ITF Taekwon-Do website, too. And videos.
