International Organisation

International Taekwon-Do Glendowie is part of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and International Taekwon-Do Foundation of New Zealand (International Taekwon-Do). Be safe with local, national and international oversight.

Instructor

Mr Aryono (Dennis) Sudyatmiko is a 5th dan black belt, having started Taekwon-Do in 1987 in Indonedia.

In 2013 Mr Sudyatmiko moved to Auckland, New Zealand with his family and continues Taekwon-Do as the instructor at Glendowie Taekwon-Do.

Learn a Martial Art & Self Defence

At International Taekwon-Do Glendowie, our approach to the martial art is holistic. We learn the whole of International  Taekwon-Do -- the art, the sport, the real-life self-defence.

There is a lot to learn, and we have tremendous fun doing it.
