Two-step sparring

Attacks are the same for green belt and blue stripe:

Attacker always begins in right L-stance forearm guarding block.

  1. Walking stance middle punch, low front snap kick
  2. Side piercing kick, step forward L-stance side punch
  3. L-stance knifehand side strikde, side turning kick

Defence, green belt:

  1. Walking stance inner forearm block, walking stance forearm low block, middle reverse punch
  2. L-stance palm downward block, knifehand guarding block, front foot side piercing kick
  3. Step back then crescent kick, dodge to L-stance forearm guarding block, rear leg reverse turning kick

Defence, blue stripe:

  1. Walking stance inner forearm block, L-stance forearm low block, walking stance front elbow strike
  2. L-stance palm downward block, dodge to L-stance forearm guarding block, front foot reverse hooking kick
  3. Step back then right hooking kick, L-stance outer forearm inward block, step then twisting kick
